I feel like I'm at the doctor's office about to have my blood pressure taken.  I always feel a strange pressure to perform up to par, to deliver a low-but-healthy reading.  But mine never is the first go-round.  "It's a little high," the nurse says, raising her eyebrow.  Later, I ask the doctor to check it again.  And somehow, always, this reading is normal.  Once the pressure's off, so to speak.
The point is, well, you get it.
