Wisconsin attorney Michael Inglimo was suspended last year for a number of offenses, including criminal acts and trust account violations. His misconduct also almost included sex with a male client. According to the Wisconsin Lawyer (Vol. 80, No. 12, December 2007), "the court concluded that although Inglimo engaged in a three-way sexual encounter with a client and the client's girlfriend, the conduct did not constitute having sexual relations with a client under former SCR 20:1.8(k), because the client and Inglimo did not touch each other."

Were it not for the 14 other misconduct violations, homophobia could have saved this man's career.
